Thank you for being open to this new and exciting opportunity. I am honored that you are interested in working with me. While I don’t have all the answers, I have experience. I have been where you are. I know what you are going through. I have success and I have had failure.   Starting with my first year. How did I even start? What goal posts did I use. How did I plan and track my goals? It came down to an operating plan.

Every operating plan needs to create the foundation for future success.  Like a business plan an operating plan allows us to jump right in the foundations of your business. I like to employ a balanced approach to all my planning, which means that I want to make sure that the approach considers all the key areas that are important for a successful business.  These 4 key areas of focus are as follows:

  • CUSTOMER — To guarantee future customer success how must you appear to your customers.
  • FINANCIAL — To succeed financially what goals must you meet.
  • INTERNAL PROCESS — To meet your customers’ expectations and demands, what must you excel at.
  • LEARNING & GROWTH — To ensure a successful future what you will have to achieve to sustain your ability to change and improve.

Many businesses make the mistake of only focusing on one of these areas and when that occurs the business suffers.  For example, if an owner’s only focus is on customer satisfaction and they spent all their money meeting every expectation of the customer then they would run out of money and quickly go out of business.  If owners have goals in all four areas it creates a balanced approach and the owner can quickly determine if they are on solid ground for the future.

This operating plan is only the beginning. Once started we can dive deeper into areas of most concern. Are you a single operator who rents a room and wants to have their own space? Are you a sole proprietor who wants to hire employee’s or have renters into contracts? Do you want to work smarter not harder? Insurance needs, payroll, cash flow, continuing education, staff training. Having difficult conversations with staff and clients.

Working with you I will help you plan, set, track and achieve your goals. Starting with the above categories using a series of questions we will begin the process for your amazing success.

“When I think of Marywynn I think of strength, positivity, moving forward and facing fears. She has helped me through so many business life changing experiences and goals. She never minces words, she consistently pushes me to believe in myself, see ideas to fruition and build on my skills. With Marywynn's coaching I am able to pull on my past experiences to draw from, tweak current ways of operating and think further into the future.

Her advice is usually so fundamental (while at the same time unique) that it begs the question, “Why didn’t I think of that?” The answer, of course, is that we are often too close to the trees to see the forest. Her wisdom can’t be acquired from books; it comes from decades of teaching, running in the corporate world and being a successful business owner herself. There is literally no situation in a business setting that she has not confronted in one form or another. Marywynn I will never be able to thank enough for how she has taught me to view my business.”
